The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 3–5 years related experience, with a valid driver’s license. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years related field experience, or 5 years in related field.
• Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Perform minor repairs on heating/air conditioning and carpentry tasks.
• Operate snow removal and keep areas clean and safe.
• Ensure equipment works to standards and support safety initiatives.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
