Job summary

Cox is seeking a maintenance associate in Manheim, PA to maintain buildings, property, and equipment on site. The role includes HVAC and light repair work, carpentry, and equipment maintenance, with emphasis on safety and operational readiness.

The position requires a HS Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, with valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The job is on-site with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, property, and equipment for the site.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Carpentry and repair work for buildings and offices.
• Replace worn parts in machines and equipment; operate and maintain tools.
• Operate snow removal equipment for parking lots and sidewalks.
• Ensure safety rules and standards are followed.
