Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with vendors and store leadership. The role requires hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, solid CMMS skills, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 5-7 years hands-on facilities experience with mechanical maintenance.
• 5+ years of HVAC and refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform preventive maintenance on critical equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems impacting store operations.
• Operate building controls/EMCS and document procedures in CMMS.
• Coordinate parts, vendors, and meetings; mentor technicians.
