Job summary

The Scion Group LLC in College Station, Texas (United States) is seeking a Facilities Technician II to maintain and repair the property, respond to service requests, and support life safety systems. This role demands strong problem solving and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced student living environment.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma with 3–5 years of full-time maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification / EPA 608 (Core, Type I-III).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills and safety awareness.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to minimize liability and downtime.
• Oversee life safety systems and diagnostic testing as required.
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule work with the Facilities Manager.
• Assist in emergencies and build readiness plans as needed.
• Ensure service requests are completed timely and accurately.
