Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance professional to elevate resident and community experience at one of our luxury apartment communities. You’ll lead a team of direct reports and oversee operations to uphold LC quality standards.

Responsibilities include completing service orders promptly, maintaining grounds and common areas, ensuring safety, and performing seasonal tasks as needed. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience, or a mix of education and experience.
• Proven customer experience delivery, strong time management, attention to detail, and problem solving.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely at all times.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate company equipment including golf carts.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work and service orders promptly, delivering outstanding experiences.
• Maintains community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and common areas to quality standards.
• Cleans work area and uses tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis and performs seasonal tasks as needed.
