Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in facilities, maintenance, custodial, construction, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, painting, HVAC maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience with hand and power tools; read and interpret manuals and schematics.
• Work with external vendors and internal teams; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Facilities Technicians and provide support as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Carry out custodial tasks and stock supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Manage facilities inventory and procure materials locally.
• Handle basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, and light repairs.
• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
• Report hazards to Facilities Manager and follow safety policies.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and logs.
• Assist with facility improvements, moves, events, and ad-hoc tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation; may work weekends/evenings as required.
