Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Aumsville, OR is seeking a Facilities Technician I. The role offers $18.00–$21.00/hour on a full-time, day-shift schedule.

You will help keep production areas clean, organized, and running efficiently while learning essential maintenance skills within a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities include cleaning and stocking facilities, performing basic inspections, and supporting repairs as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Basic experience with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production areas, offices, and company property
• Keep production floors, aisles, catwalks, and work areas clean and organized
• Perform routine building inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Stock and organize facility supplies and materials
• Empty trash containers, wood bins, and dust collection bags
• Support production teams with insulation, blocking, material handling, and minor repairs
• Maintain parking lots, landscape areas, and exterior company grounds
• Help create a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
