Job summary

O’Neil Digital Solutions is seeking a Facilities Technician I in Los Angeles to perform routine building maintenance and inspections, and to support the facility's mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

You will read manuals, troubleshoot, replace parts, and collaborate with team members while following safety rules and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Minimum of five years of facilities maintenance experience and ability to lift 40 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with at least 5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility inspections, detect malfunctions and report conditions affecting operations.
• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate all HVAC/Chiller systems and related equipment, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and work areas remain clean and organized.
