Job summary

LD power automation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep, safety, and functionality of the company's facilities, tools, and equipment. You will perform routine maintenance on building systems, assist with repairs, support workshop operations, and ensure the site remains clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in facility maintenance or related role.
• TWIC card eligibility or ability to obtain TWIC.
• Experience in industrial or engineering environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Support workshop operations, tool maintenance, and inventory organization.
• Assist with safety, security, and compliance tasks and basic safety checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance or repair work.
• Support space setup, storage organization, and general facility improvements.
• Monitor waste management, energy practices, and maintain maintenance logs.
