Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with PLC experience.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.
• Handle plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and handling equipment.
• Report faulty operations or safety concerns to supervision.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and follow safety regulations.
