Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND is seeking a Facilities Technician for full-time work, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. The role includes rotating on-call every 3rd week and holiday coverage as needed.

Responsibilities include building and grounds maintenance, HVAC monitoring, equipment repairs, CMMS/work orders, and make-ready tasks for new residents. Competitive benefits and pay range offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Facilities or maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic HVAC/electrical/plumbing maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds; perform repairs and service calls.
• Monitor HVAC/DDC systems for efficient operations.
• Safely operate boilers, electrical, and plumbing tools.
• Manage CMMS work orders and relate time clocks to job sites.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and on-call rotations.
• Assist with grounds keeping and make-ready of vacant apartments.
• Track inventory and monitor external contractor projects.
