Job summary

Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services, Inc. is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform custodial cleaning, restroom upkeep, and general maintenance for public facilities. The role includes minor plumbing and electrical work and upkeep of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, facility inspections, grounds upkeep, and responding to occasional after-hours emergencies. Regular work hours are 6:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine and heavy custodial cleaning.
• Maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work.
• Proficient with HVAC, boilers, chillers, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.

Responsibilities

• Routine and heavy custodial cleaning.
• Restroom maintenance and trash/recycling removal.
• Minor building repairs and patching, painting.
• Light plumbing and electrical work.
• Upkeep of HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and irrigation systems.
• Preventative maintenance and facility inspections.
• Grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas of public facilities.
