Job summary

Eventide on Eighth Care Center in south Moorhead, MN is seeking a Groundskeeper Facilities Worker to work full time with 7a-3:30p and 8a-4:30p shifts. The role includes groundskeeping, driving, and small repairs across Eventide vehicles, facilities, and equipment.

The ideal candidate has maintenance, driving, and repair experience, plus a valid driver's license. On-site work with competitive pay and benefits is offered, including health, dental, vision, and a 403(b) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must have education, knowledge and/or experience in maintenance, driving, and repair work.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability under corporate policy is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain appearances of Eventide property.
• Operate and schedule van or bus runs and handle daily pickup and delivery of supplies.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs to Eventide fleet vehicles and facilities.
• Safely use and operate tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Support on-call rotation and weekend/-evening special event transportation as needed.
