Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years HVAC and facilities maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification, Plumbing or Electrician licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general maintenance and repairs to keep facilities well-maintained.
• Collaborate with Facilities Supervisor to plan and complete daily tasks and projects.
• Install and repair building components (doors, cabinets, paneling, flooring, bulletin boards).
• Move heavy objects, operate high-reach equipment, and use specialty tools.
• Maintain organized workshop; report maintenance issues.
• Prepare surfaces for plaster/cement work and seal cracks as needed.
• Support emergency maintenance services as required.
• Participate in rotating weekend schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
