The Fellowship Family is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the good condition and functionality of premises. Responsibilities include repairing mechanical systems, performing electrical maintenance, and conducting general upkeep tasks. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, a high school diploma, and certifications in HVAC or building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
• Assist in the setup of ventilation and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems for functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary.
• Undertake activities of pest control.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks.

Skills

Proven experience as maintenance technician

Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems

Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Good physical condition and strength

Willingness to work overtime

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certificate in HVAC or building maintenance technology

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
