Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification required.
• Experience maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems including air conditioners, chillers, and freezers.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues; read schematics and trace control circuits.
• Maintain boilers and related equipment; assist with relocation of residents’ belongings as needed.
