Job summary

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC seeks a qualified Maintenance Technician to support facility operations for the Department of State under the CFS Task Order. The role covers PM/CM, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure safe, reliable facility operations.

Responsibilities include completing Maximo work orders, routine inspections, minor repairs, and coordination with Work Control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
• MRPT security clearance or ability to obtain.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs PM and CM on building systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Executes work orders in Maximo with accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoots equipment failures and performs repairs.
• Conducts routine inspections of facility systems.
• Supports minor repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Assists with critical uptime requirements and safety compliance.
• Cooperates with Work Control to schedule maintenance.
• Provides after-hours or on-call support as needed.
• Maintains tools and work areas in a safe condition.
• Assists with inventory tracking and materials management.
