Job summary

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to support facility operations under the Consolidated Facility Services (CFS) Task Order for the Department of State. The Maintenance Technician ensures the efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, in a secure environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, a secret TS clearance, and the ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Secret security clearance is required.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on building systems.
• Executes work orders in Maximo, ensuring documentation and timely completion.
• Troubleshoots equipment failures and performs repairs to restore functionality.
• Conducts routine inspections and identifies deficiencies for corrective action.
• Supports minor facility repairs including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Coordinates with Work Control to schedule maintenance activities efficiently.
