Job summary

Color Factory seeks a Facilities Technician to ensure venue operations through routine and emergency maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs. You will support exhibit installations and breakdowns, uphold safety and cleanliness, and perform quality checks under Facilities Supervisors.

The role requires 18+ years old, with experience in facility maintenance or technical operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose facilities and exhibit issues efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and uphold high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Support exhibit installations and breakdowns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean environments.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure maintenance and presentation standards are met.
• Collaborate with Facilities Supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
