Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance for our venue. You will troubleshoot equipment, repair fixtures, and complete work orders efficiently during events and non-event periods.

The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with safety rules and use of common tools is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
• Troubleshoot facility equipment and repair fixtures.
• Complete work orders promptly and document maintenance in the database.
• Inspect and repair drywall, painting, ceiling tiles, and minor furniture.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Work extended hours during events as needed.
