Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or state equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Word.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, repair and ensure efficient operation of building systems including mechanical, electrical, and fire/life safety components.
• Monitor refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning, and related equipment.
• Perform services for tenants as requested.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures.
• Receive work assignments, plan and obtain tools/materials.
• Keep shop and equipment rooms clean and safe.
• Communicate with coworkers, tenants and vendors.
• Uphold high standards of building operation and tenant relations.
