Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to monitor, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and general facilities at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The role requires physical labor, ok with heights, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours during events.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years in building maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• 2-3 years of building maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work completed.
• Perform general building maintenance repairs (bathroom hardware, ceiling tiles, seats, furniture, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roof).
• Complete reactive and preventive maintenance work orders on schedule.
• Learn quickly and work well in a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work independently.
