Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to uphold top standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety across the facility, offices, public areas and other required spaces, ensuring reliable operation and guest comfort.

You will maintain and document maintenance logs, supervise deliveries with FIFO practices, restock supplies, manage sanitation and refrigeration records, report emergencies to the General Manager, and assist other areas as needed in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in Environmental Services.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• 21+ years of age.
• Possession of or ability to obtain state work cards.
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high standards for facility cleanliness and quality.
• Keeps areas organized and in compliance with health guidelines.
• Controls and supervises daily & weekly Repair and Maintenance logs.
• Maintains back-of-house stations with proper chemical levels and sanitation.
• Supervise weekly receipt of Food and Beverage deliveries and FIFO storage.
• Receive postal mailings and packages; annotate delivery details and packing slips.
• Complete weekly Food Inventory and email results.
• Supervise daily trash pickup.
• Keeps equipment clean and properly maintained.
• Restocks towels, soap, and trash supplies.
• Complete refrigeration/cooler logs.
• Maintain ice machine cleaning schedules and logs.
• Report emergencies/maintenance needs to General Manager.
• Assist other areas as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
