Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Baltimore seeks dependable maintenance staff for an entry-level role in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This position welcomes retirees and others who enjoy working with basic tools and collaborating with a facility team.

You will support the Director of Facilities with building upkeep, preventative maintenance, and coordination with subcontractors, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical schools or certificate courses are a plus.
• 3–5 years of general building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Facilities to maintain the building, equipment and grounds.
• Provide preventative maintenance service.
• Coordinate workload with subcontractors.
• Perform work orders on a timely basis.
• Respond to emergency situations as they arise.
• Follow proper maintenance schedules and log notations.
• Assist and support other employees as needed.
