The role requires adaptability to work in offices and common areas, with duties assigned per department as occupancy fluctuates. Training provided, reliable schedule expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean front glass doors
• Vacuum and sweep all areas in the front entrance
• Return luggage carts to their designated area
• Clean parking lot and pick up trash
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, buff floors in the lobby
• Wipe down all surfaces in the lobby
• High dust and wipe electronics in the business center
• Empty trash and recycling bins in common areas
• Ensure lighting is functional in the breakfast area
• Vacuum and wipe down elevators; clean tracks
• Keep pool area clutter-free; empty trash and recycling
• Pick up dirty towels and replenish supplies in the pool
• Clean up wet areas with wet floor signs
• Straighten furniture in the pool and guest areas
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets in guest hallways; wipe elevators, doors and walls
• Empty waste and recycling bins in hallways
• Check ice machine and surfaces; ensure hallway lighting is functional
• Check stairwells for debris and trash
• Keep fitness center clutter-free; replenish towels
• Ensure fitness area lighting and TV remote work; check room temperature
• Ensure all equipment in fitness center is functional
• Sweep, mop and buff floors in the Employee Break room & bathroom
• Keep break room clutter-free; wipe surfaces; empty trash; clean microwave
• Vacuum and wipe surfaces in meeting rooms
• Shampoo carpets and perform minor maintenance duties as extras
• Houseman to be positioned in any department as needed during high occupancy and labor shortages
