Job summary

Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks a skilled Facilities Technician to maintain and repair building systems at our Phoenix locations. You will perform urgent, routine, and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and painting, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires reading blueprints and maintenance docs, lifting up to 100 pounds, and travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in industrial, commercial, or healthcare facility maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Must be flexible for travel between locations and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintenance, and operation of building systems and equipment.
• Perform urgent, routine, preventive, and requisitioned maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and test HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper recordkeeping.
• Read and follow blueprints, maintenance docs, and policies.
