High Point & Affiliated Organizations (HPAO) in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the High Point Inpatient Campus. The role ensures safety, infection control, and quality of care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will schedule staff, manage payroll in the HRIS, coordinate inspections, and train new hires while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Must present courteous and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and on-going scheduling for direct reports.
• Provide on-going supervision to staff.
• Process payroll for staff within the HRIS system.
• Oversee department budget and expenditures.
• Attend mandatory manager meetings.
• Arrange and conduct interviews for new hires.
• Hire, onboard and train staff; perform annual evaluations.
• Support quality of care and patient rights; participate in trainings.
