Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties (CCTV, network, lighting, furniture).
• Safely operate equipment such as a forklift or lift.
• Assist other tradespeople with electrical, HVAC, or carpentry tasks.
• Report major issues requiring professional intervention.
• Adapt to fast-moving environments and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations.
