Good Samaritan is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the GSS SD Wagner Ctr in Wagner, SD. The role involves light maintenance repairs, safety-focused tasks, and supervision of other maintenance mechanics across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school or vocational training preferred.
• Five years of experience in building systems preferred.
• If a valid driver's license is required, must maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance repairs and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner.
• Assist management with department personnel actions and evaluations.
• Direct and supervise other maintenance mechanics.
• Handle work orders, parts procurement, inventory, and office procedures.
• Explain conditions clearly while troubleshooting; work with blueprints and technical manuals.
