Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical/building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall and basic building repair.
• Able to use a variety of hand and electrical tools.
• High School Diploma and valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors and service providers as needed.
• Routinely drive between company locations to deliver materials and perform maintenance.
• Serve as central contact for building maintenance inquiries (renovations, furniture).
• Communicate with facilities management about work requiring outside expertise.
• Recommend facilities solutions to add value for the Company.
• Build strong relationships with HR, Safety and Security, and other teams.
