FNB Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our Facilities team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role covers electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and general building upkeep, with responsibilities including moving furniture, cleaning offices and elevators, and performing routine maintenance tasks in a regulated environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and strong communication, organizational, and safety skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry basics.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow safety codes.
• Comfort with basic HVAC and use of common hand tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain electrical infrastructures and perform light electrical tasks.
• Move furniture and equipment safely as needed.
• Perform janitorial duties and ensure clean offices and grounds per schedule.
• Maintain plumbing systems and service urinals and toilets as required.
• Provide carpentry tasks such as installing fixtures and door hardware.
• Adhere to risk management policies and safety regulations.
