Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical infrastructures and perform related services per codes and safety rules.
• Move furniture and equipment safely without damage.
• Perform janitorial duties and keep grounds clean as scheduled.
• Provide plumbing and carpentry services as needed.
