Job summary

Responsibilities include completing service requests, assisting with meetings or renovations, managing supply inventories, and ensuring secure facilities through inspections. Flexibility for after-hours work may be required.

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining the cooperative’s facilities and grounds in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.

Working Conditions

This position requires working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions while operating assigned maintenance and cleaning equipment. The employee will be required to maintain an active pace per shift, covering significant distances through frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders. The job involves frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials or equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to travel to and from job sites. May be required to work after hours including weekends and holidays.
