Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate clearly with nursing, administration, physicians.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values in daily work.
• Painting, spackling, textures, interior/exterior walls and related surfaces.
• Cleans and maintains paint area and accessories.
• Maintains records of patient rooms, painting PMs and repairs.
• Performs carpentry and drywall repairs.
• Organizes spare parts and inventory.
• Makes minor repairs to equipment and fixtures.
