Dismas Charities Inc. is seeking a Property Services Technician to support maintenance across centers and the corporate office. You will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep under supervision, while enhancing trades skills and contributing to a safe, functional facility network.

The role includes a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday–Friday schedule, travel to local centers, and potential overnight stays as needed. No telecommuting; essential on-site duties apply.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of facility maintenance experience preferred; willing to learn new skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with repairs to building structures, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks; report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Support third-party contractors on site with access, materials, and basic help.
• Record repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory in logs.
• Provide updates to the Regional Property Services Manager on task status.
