Genesis Health Clubs Midtown is seeking a Maintenance Associate to maintain Club facilities, repair buildings and equipment, and support construction projects. The role responds to requests, identifies unsafe conditions, and collaborates with the Facilities Manager daily.

The position emphasizes general maintenance across the property, with HVAC duties and preventive maintenance as core responsibilities, ensuring high standards of safety and operation.

Qualifications

• General facility maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general construction trades and mechanical repair and maintenance.
• Ability to identify unsafe or hazardous conditions and report them.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties daily to ensure operations meet Club standards.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis.
• Apply HVAC-related maintenance tasks as needed.
• Undertake other duties as required by the Facilities team.
• Maintain knowledge of building trades and mechanical systems.
