Job summary

Bouldering Project is seeking Facilities Technicians to keep our gyms clean, safe, and welcoming across locations. You’ll handle daily cleaning, basic maintenance, and assist guests with questions to ensure a great member experience.

This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You’ll join a team that values inclusivity and quality, shaping how members experience our spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and operating cleaning equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties including vacuuming mats, mopping floors, and sanitizing restrooms and fitness equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility and retail space.
• Conduct safety and bathroom walkthroughs, resolving immediate needs.
• Support opening and closing procedures for cleaning and maintenance.
• Execute basic facility maintenance and minor repair tasks.
• Clean exterior grounds as necessary.
• Engage with customers to answer basic questions and provide assistance.
• Respond to accidents and incidents following BP safety protocols.
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and team to ensure an excellent member experience.
