Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Technical training or trade school preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairs of building infrastructure.
• Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintaining records of maintenance and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS.
• Review and update engineering drawings and schematics.
