Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a multi-skilled maintenance technician to keep factory equipment running safely and reliably. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and build operator skills for improved process reliability.

Responsibilities include updating maintenance plans, coaching operators on adjustments and changes, and using SAP-AMM to document work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2 years of related maintenance experience or a 2-year technical degree.
• Ability to work off-shifts, weekends and extended shifts as needed.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, PLCs, control circuits and electrical distribution up to 480V.

Responsibilities

• Maintain factory equipment and identify defects; perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems to reduce downtime.
• Coach operators, transfer tasks, and build technical procedures for improved reliability.
• Use CMMS (SAP-AMM) to document maintenance activities and create work orders.
