Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sanitation Tech/Operator to support safety and sanitation duties in our plant. The role involves operating and maintaining sanitation tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and training other operators as needed.

You will work across shifts to maintain 5S, perform setup and teardown, and communicate hand-offs to ensure continuous operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Lock-out/Tag-out on equipment, PPE usage, forklift and aerial lift licenses, control points, chemical handling, sanitation guidelines, quality checks.
• Operations: Cannst enumerate setup/teardown, 5S, centerlines, lubrication, defect handling, downtime tagging, hand-off, and shift communication.
