Job summary

GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician to support operations at Ridgedale Center. You will assist with safety plans, preventive maintenance, and repairs to protect property assets and ensure efficient operations.

You will work with the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty, perform maintenance tasks, and help coordinate with tenants and vendors while upholding OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of building maintenance or related field experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and schematics.
• Bilingual welcomed (optional).
• OSHA 10-Hour course a plus.
• Microsoft Outlook proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems.
• Operate equipment to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance (painting, drywall, plumbing, lighting, roofing).
• Maintain inventory, records, MSDS, supplies and tools.
• Repair/modify/move retail fixtures as needed.
• Assist in setup of events and mall decor take-down.
• Perform custodial duties as needed and assist snow removal.
• Support safety policies and emergency planning with management.
• Some shift work including evenings/weekends.
