Job summary

The role requires the ability to operate a lift, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in on-call rotations, with the campus operating 24/7.

Qualifications

• 1 year combined education, certifications and work experience in building mechanics.
• Ability to operate UNH lift and follow safety procedures.
• OSHA 10 certification within the first year.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and codes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls related to operation, repair, maintenance and installation of building mechanical equipment.
• Ensure work meets building codes and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot finishes and provide expert solutions.
• Use work management software to log work, materials and time.
• May participate in on-call rotation and emergencies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record equipment status.
