• Respond to service calls for operation, repair, maintenance and installation/removal of building mechanical equipment.
• Ensure high-quality work meeting codes and safety requirements.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used and time expended in IWMS/work management software.
• May participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
