Job summary

• Knowledge of mechanical drives, bearings, shafts, pumps; troubleshoot.
• Proficient with computers, tablets, smartphones and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Service Calls and Customer Service: respond to service requests for building mechanical equipment; ensure work meets codes and safety requirements.
• Project Work and Preventative Maintenance: perform maintenance and repair/replacement; update records in the work management software.
• Administrative Tasks: document time and work in IWMS/Time Keeping Systems; support team and on‑call duties.
