Qualifications

• Associate degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive facilities maintenance/operations experience, with 2+ years supervising staff.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record per USNH requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance trades staff, training and scheduling.
• Oversee CMMS-based work orders, priorities, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, campus departments, and leadership for projects.
• Manage facilities data: asset, space, and maintenance information.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and procurement for maintenance and construction tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe operation across campus facilities.
