Qualifications

• 2-4 years of construction or facility maintenance trades experience.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capability to perform manual labor in varied conditions.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and access small spaces.
• Strong attention to safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Must pass background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine plumbing repairs and unclog drains.
• Complete basic electrical repairs and replace fixtures.
• Execute carpentry tasks including ceiling tile replacements.
• Assist with cleaning ventilation systems in assigned areas.
• Inspect work conditions for compliance with safety standards.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools according to protocols.
• Clean and organize work areas and personal tools.
