Job summary

GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician in Mesquite, TX to assist the Operations team with maintenance, safety plans, and preventative tasks across Town East Mall. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems, perform interior/exterior upkeep, and help with events and decor setup.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years in building maintenance, valid driver's license, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on interior/exterior areas.
• Assist with event setup, decor installation, and maintenance records.
• Operate and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Support safety procedures and OSHA guidelines; respond to emergencies as needed.
