A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Facilities Technician. Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12months Location: Palm Bay, FL 32905 (Onsite/1st shift/Mon-Fri)

As an Facilities Technician you will:

• This Facilities Tech D will provide support as a skilled technician (replacement).
• Requires 10-20 years' HVAC experience, requires basic mastery of HVAC elements.
• This Tech D will coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to accommodate all program requirements.

Will be on call for Program critical equipment issues.

• Support HVAC requests for repairs/replacement of 3.5M SF in 76 buildings spread across 5 locations.
• Use tracking software to ensure components are accurately installed, tracked, etc.
• Interface with all levels of the organization to report on HVAC issues/repairs/replacements.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 6-8 years' experience in HVAC certified Refrigerant Mechanic.
• Role is customer focused; metric driven and has an expectation of timely completion and close out of Work Orders.
• Will work in a diverse and changing environment supporting many internal and external customers simultaneously.
• Valid driver's License.
• Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Self-starter with good written and verbal communications skills.
• Microsoft Suite basic skills.
• Basic computer skills.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $35-$38/hr
