The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on construction and maintenance, with knowledge of HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, CMMS, and strong customer-focused work ethic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on construction and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general handyman skills.
• Ability to operate basic computer programs and CMMS.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to perform labor tasks including bending, lifting over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventive maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Record readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Use appropriate tools to troubleshoot simple electrical circuits and HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs and general maintenance tasks on building components and operational equipment.

Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational integrity of a large, historic building. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Oxford, OH

Pay Range: $30-34/hour

Shift: Thursday-Sunday 10am to 8pm
