Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I for the Columbus, OH area. The role is full-time on first shift, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus a full benefits package.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality service delivery, performing basic electrical and HVAC tasks, door hardware work, and general repairs. Weekend, holiday, and on-call availability may be required, with CMMS usage for work orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience or related education.
• Basic computer knowledge; CMMS familiarity is a plus.
• Must be able to complete required safety classes.
• Valid Driver's License; ability to pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical systems/circuits.
• Perform minor HVAC PMs; replace filters as needed.
• Replace door locks and hardware as required.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture.
• Operate company vehicles for snow removal, material pickup, etc.

Essential Functions for theFacilities Maintenance Technician Iposition:

• Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Minor HVAC PMs: replace filters as needed.
• Replace door locks and hardware as needed.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Drive Company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks such as snow removal, material pick up, etc.
• Small project work.
• Some weekend, holiday, and on call availability.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for theFacilities Maintenance Technician Iposition:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• 2 plus years of general maintenance craft experience or education.
• Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CMMS software a plus.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools a plus.
• Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass both an FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.
